MSI boys’ recruit: Delaware gets commitment from Arapahoe (CO) 2014 midfielder Runberg

Arapahoe High School (CO) senior midfielder Zach Runberg has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Delaware.

Club Affiliation: 3d lacrosse

Major lacrosse honors: All-Star team in the Denver Shootout 2012 and 2013, All-Star team at the MVP tournament in Delaware 2013, All-Star team at FLG in 3d Baltimore tournament 2013, Member of 2012 and 2013 State Champion team Arapahoe Warriors.

Academic Honors: National Honor Society

What will you major in/study? Sports Management

Why did you choose Delaware? “I chose Delaware because I love the academic reputation, the campus, and the opportunity that I have to play lacrosse.”

What is your team’s outlook for next season? “Our goal is to win a third consecutive State Championship.”
