Marple Newtown Hall to induct lacrosse standouts Zaccaria Coyne (Class of 1980), Brennan (’94) Thursday

The Marple Newtown High School Administration and Marple Newtown High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee will induct lacrosse standouts Donna Zaccaria Coyne (Class of 1980) and Pam Brennan (1994) in its 2014 Golf Outing, Banquet and Induction Ceremony at Anthony’s at Paxon Hollow Golf Club in Broomall on Thursday.

The Hall of Fame Event is a celebration of the accomplishments of dedicated individuals, successful teams, and committed coaches. Please join us in bridging the gap and uniting the past athletic accomplishments with the great potential of the future of Marple Newtown High School Athletics.

Career Brandywine Club team record 254 Wins and 18 Losses.
MENTOR:
15 of her 17 Club team players earned National Honor Society as students.
15 of her players earned collegiate athletic/academic scholarships
10 of her players won 3 Pa State Championships as members of Garnet Valley High School lacrosse team, most recently this past Spring and finished ranked 10th in the country.
6 of her players were named All- Delco
5 of her players earned 1st Team Academic- American,including her daughter, Erica.
2 earned US Lacrosse 1st Team All- American
1 named Delaware County Female Athlete of the Year in the spring of 2014.
