Unionville High School junior midfielder Quinn Benintende has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Temple University.

Why did you choose Temple? “Temple’s coaching staff is extremely supportive and committed to the game. I’m very excited that Temple has joined the Big East conference. I love the facilities at Temple and all that the school and the city has to offer”.
Outlook for your High School team? “We have a lot of experience playing together and upcoming potential that will make us top competitors and make for an exciting season!”
Additional Comments: “I’d like to thank my coaches Jaime Deniken, Carey Garvey, and Maia Walter for dedicating so much time and effort in getting my club team to where we are today. Their support and encouragement has been invaluable throughout the recruiting process.
“Also, I’d like to specifically thank Carey Garvey for starting the Spirit Select Club team. I’d also like to thank my High School coach, Wendy Landry, for being constantly supportive and motivating and giving me the opportunity to play at the varsity level starting my Sophomore year.
