NXTevents is pleased to announce that its inaugural Harvest Classic, the fall’s premier boys’ youth lacrosse event, will be held at Westtown School’s picturesque campus in West Chester Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 8-9.
The Harvest Classic will host a fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade division and offers teams a one or two-day option. Teams can play Saturday or Sunday for $900 or both days for $1,700.
“NXT has enjoyed a ton of success with the summer’s NXT Cup, so much so that it has turned into the must-attend event of the summer,” Vice President, Events Robin Baxter said. “Teams have had a lot of fun while playing some of the top competition from the U.S. and Canada and that’s a model that we think we can sustain in the fall. Westtown’s beautiful campus is the perfect backdrop for what we expect to be a phenomenal weekend of lacrosse.”
Nearly 160 youth teams from all over the country and Canada attended this summer’s NXT Cup, which was held at Westtown School, Episcopal Academy and West Chester United’s soccer fields. The tournament featured a veritable who’s who of teams that provided elite competition. The Harvest Classic will likely feature a similar slate of teams that will form the backbone of the fall’s best youth event. Visit the Harvest Classic’s website for additional information.
