Fusion Coaches Kevin Crowley (Major League Lacrosse MVP and Offensive Player of the Year in 2013 and standout on Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League) and Steven Holmes (former Wings veteran) will teach players new techniques both offensively and defensively respectfully, that players will carry with them all season long. Fusion programs thrive on maximum repetitions and game-like drills and movements.

“We will mimic a college level practice while adding reps and teaching techniques that have made us successful over our professional careers,” said Crowley. “Getting a ton of reps and learning new techniques is a great way to enter your first Spring practice with confidence.”
