The Duke’s Lacrosse Club 1 (PA) will face Ridgewood 1 (N.J.) in the finals of Champ Camp Saturday at Johns Hopkins University’s Homewood Field at 12:15 p.m.

The defending champion Dukes advanced tonight by defeating Team Turnpike (N.J.), 14-4, at Towson University while Ridgewood toppled Long Island 1, 8-6, at Homewood.

The Dukes had reached the semis when Andrew Pettit (Tower Hill, 2015 Lehigh commit) scored his fourth goal of the game with 18 seconds to play off a Charles Kelly (Malvern Prep, 2015 UNC) face-off win in a 9-8 win over Tri-State White (N.J.) at Towson.

Duke’s 1, the defending champion, will face Team Turnpike 2015 Elite (N.J.) in the semifinals tonight at 9:15 p.m. at Johnny Unitas Stadium. Team Turnpike won its quarterfinal, 11-10 over Tri-State Gold as Dakota Wojcik (Allentown High, 2015) scored the game-winner and Tom Smith (Rutgers Prep, 2015 Bucknell) had five goals and three assists while Jake White (Notre Dame, 2015 York College) had 14 saves in the cage.

The other semifinal (at Johns Hopkins Homewood, 9 p.m.) will feature Long Island 1 vs. the 7 p.m. winner of SweetLax (N.Y.) and Ridgewood 1 (N.J.). Long Island 1 defeated Dukes 2, 7-5, in the quarters.
