Why did you choose the school? “I chose Sewanee because I wanted to go to a great school where if something were to happen to me and I were to get injured, I would want to still remain at that school. Also, Sewanee has shown great interest in me and I chose them over a few other schools because they showed the most interest and it’s best to go to a school where you are loved the most.”

Thoughts on this past HS lacrosse season/team’s outlook for next season? “Our past year we had some great talent and everyone seemed to really enjoy playing with each other. We started off strong, but started to lose our grip towards the end of our season. We have lost a lot of talent from our PG class, however most of our team last year was made up of the 2015 class so we are expecting a very strong season.”

Other comments: “I would like to thank Peter Rohr who had first introduced me to the Sewanee coach during the IL invite and allowing me to play with his Mesa Fresh 2015 team; as well as my old club coach Pat Carney for Mesa Fresh 2014. I also wanted to thank the 3D organization for taking me onto their team last minute, including Coach Harris and Coach Lee; the Salisbury School and Coach Bobby Wynne for pushing me and helping me find a school that was right for me as well as helping me with any issues that I had lacrosse. Lastly I want to thank my parents and family for coming to all my tournaments and games since I was little.”

Other schools considered? Villanova, High Point, Tufts, RIT
