Boys from any region in the graduation classes of 2015, 2016 and 2017 are eligible to register by clicking here.. Tryouts for National Stars and Stripes – which will compete against Team Maple Leafs in the inaugural Challenge Cup – are also being held on June 18 at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT, and July 3rd at Mitchel Field Complex in Uniondale, Nassau County, Long Island. Players can register for those two tryouts with the same link. Two teams will be formed in each of the following grades: 2015, 2016 and 2017. The games will be held in mid-late September in Upstate New York.
The United States and Canada have been constantly fighting to determine the dominant country for lacrosse. Clearly the United States is larger and continues to grow the sport at a rapid rate, but lacrosse is Canada’s national sport and, while hockey is very big in Canada, people underestimate just how much Canadians love lacrosse, both box and field lacrosse. This event will feature 10v10 field lacrosse.

Philly Face-Off Summer League
, a weekly high school and middle school face-off clinic at Radnor Memorial Park in Wayne where starting face-off players for their respective school or club teams can meet once a week to not only practice their skills against each other, and receive elite coaching. Trashcan has also added national locations in Hartford, Conn. and North Shore, Park Ridge and Naperville, Ill. The summer skills curriculum is specified to refresh each player’s enthusiasm to play the game of lacrosse and prevent “game drain.” Game drain is prevalent in players burned out from the spring lacrosse season, school year and the grind of getting better every day (GBE). Trashcan Lacrosse Camps and the summer skills curriculum account for the factors that lead to game drain. The Trashcan camp experience integrates a memorable camp experience and the training to build upon the previous spring’s accomplishments. The Trashcan Lacrosse Skill Development Curriculum (SDC) is built around a Play Fast drill book, box infusion, progression drills and the game of Trashcan Lacrosse: the dynamic 2v2 pick-up game that focuses on playing fast and mastering the art of the 2v1.
