Duke senior attackman Jordan Wolf (Lower Merion) tied a career-high with six goals and eight points overall, and sophomore Myles Jones added a goal and a career-high five assists to lead Duke to a 17-8 win over Rutgers … The win was the eighth straight overall and pushed the Blue Devils’ home record to 9-0 for the year … Brendan Fowler won 50 percent of his faceoffs against the nation’s top faceoff man in Joseph Nardella.
Quartet Earns All-ACC
Seniors Brendan Fowler and Jordan Wolf and sophomores Deemer Class and Myles Jones were voted to the All-ACC team by the leagues’s coaches … Wolf becomes the first Blue Devils in porgram history to earn the honor four times, while Fowler captures his second all-conference accolade … Class and Jones pick up their first awards as two of the four sophomores represented on the list.
Duke In ACC Tournament
Duke heads into the 26th ACC Tournament in search of its eighth ACC title and fifth since 2007 … The Blue Devils are 20-17 all-time in the ACC Tournament and 13-11 in semifinal games … Duke is 7-2 as the No. 2 seed with the last time being in 2009 … Duke last won the ACC Championship in 2012 and has lost just twice in the semifinals under head coach John Danowski.

A Look At The Win Streak
Duke has won seven straight since falling to current No. 1 Loyola March 9 in Baltimore … Sophomore Deemer Class has had one of the largest impacts, tripling his points total — 13 in first six and 39 in past eight … In fact, the two midfield units have upped their production from 43 points in the first six games to 93 during the streak … Overall, Duke has increased its scoring by over five goals per game and its shooting percentage by 10 percent.
Duke in the Month of April
Duke is 172-172 all-time in the month of April … Under head coach John Danowski, the Blue Devils are an impressive 33-6 in the month … Only three of those losses have come in the regular season … Duke went unbeaten in the month of April from April 16, 2005 to April 17, 2010.

Wolf Riding Point & Goal Scoring Streak
With two goals against Harvard, Jordan Wolf extended his nation’s-best point scoring streak to 54 games and his goal streak to 15 games … His 15-game goal scoring streak is sixth among active players … In his 54-game stretch, Wolf has 129 goals and 80 assists for 209 points … He has failed to score a point in just five games in his career, and Duke is 1-4 in those contests … Wolf was last held without a point in the 2011 NCAA semifinal against Maryland – May 28, 2011.
Fowler Picking Up Where He Left Off
After setting the NCAA single-season record for faceoff victories in 2013, senior Brendan Fowler has picked up where he left off for the Blue Devils … Fowler has taken all but 32 faceoffs this season and sports a .608 success rate … He has picked up ground balls on 132 of his 206 faceoff wins (63 percent) … For his career he has 722 faceoff victories and a .618 faceoff percentage … Fowler is in just his second season as Duke’s faceoff leader having taken just 31 percent of the draws in 2011 and 2012.
ORANGE AT PPL PARK
Syracuse is 1-0 all-time games played at PPL Park. In its only other PPL appearance, the Orange posted a 13-11 win versus St. John’s on March 9, 2013 in the Whitman’s Sampler Independence Classic.

Attackmen Kevin Rice (26 goals, 28 assists), Randy Staats (23 goals, 19 assists) and Dylan Donahue (28 goals, 13 assists) all have more than 40 points this year. In addition, all three have recorded an eight-point game. Rice did it versus Siena (0-8) and St. John’s (4-4). Staats achieved the feat versus Cornell (5-4) and Hobart (5-3), while Donahue also did it against Siena (8-1). The last time three different SU players posted eight-point games in the same year was 1990 (Gary Gait, Paul Gait, Tom Marechek).
Rice and Staats are the first Orange players since Ryan Powell and Liam Banks in 2000 to record multiple eight-point games in the same season.
The winner of the semifinal game advances to the championship game Sunday, April 27 at 1 p.m. The Blue Devils close out the regular season May 4 at Boston University at 1 p.m.
