No. 1 McDonogh School (MD) will shoot for history today at 3 p.m. when it visits No. 6 Marriotts Ridge.
An Eagles win would tie the national record of 103 straight wins by a girls’ lacrosse program. The mark is shared by two other Maryland teams, Loch Raven (1982) and Mt. Hebron (2007).
McDomogh (11-0) could then break the record Thursday when it hosts St. Paul’s in an IAAM contest.
