#CradleEVERYWHERE isn’t just a tagline. Judging by the amount of boys and girls who attended NXTsports’ Cradle Lacrosse’s opening week in Pennsylvania last weekend, it’s a piece of advice being taken to heart.

Cradle, the ultimate introduction to lacrosse with a curriculum designed for 4-to-8 year-old boys and girls, saw its Pennsylvania opening spring weekend got off to a record-breaking start as 515 combined Cradlers took to Cradling at nine locations in 13 sessions, including 140 at Episcopal Academy’s scenic Newtown Square campus. The opening session also marked the launch of “Cradle 2” at United Sports Training Center, the first after school session in Cradle history, held at Springside Chestnut Hill, and the establishment of Cradle as the introductory program for Lower Bucks Lacrosse going forward at Middletown Park.

“It’s really mind-blowing to see so many children come out to be a part of Cradle,” NXT Director of Education Dylan Brown said. “Cradle’s development has been nothing short of amazing and it’s fantastic to be able to see advancements in the curriculum and in our new locations and we’re pleased that Lower Bucks Lacrosse has decided to take the leap of faith to make Cradle its introductory program.”

With a total of 13 sessions at nine Pennsylvania locations, Cradle is in everyone’s backyard. Selecting Episcopal Academy, United Sports Training Center, Springside Chestnut Hill, Middletown Park, Germantown Academy, Radnor Memorial Park, Friends’ Select, BucksMont Indoor Sports Center and Wyoming Seminary as hosts ensures that Cradle is held at only the best locations possible. Cradlers are under the watch of 40 total coaches, a number that helps ensure that every Cradler is given as much attention as possible.
