Springfield-Delco High School senior defenseman John Ferguson has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Widener University.

Why did you choose Widener? “I chose this school because of their great business program and their competitive lacrosse team.”

What is your team’s outlook for the season? “We should have a pretty good team this year with a lot of experienced guys. I think that we will be competitive in the Central league.”

Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my parents for driving me to all my tournaments over the years. I would also like to thank Coach Lemieux, Coach Adolph, and Coach McSorley for helping me become a better player.”
