From Press Release
The weather forecast for this weekend sounds a little bit ominous, but you’re not going to let that stop you from getting your skills ready for the season, are you?
If snow is no way to keep you away from working on your game, come out to Trashcan’s preseason sessions starting this weekend at the United Sports Training Center – 1426 Marshallton Thorndale, Downingtown, Pa. 19335 – for four consecutive Sundays from Feb. 9 to March 2.
Age Groups and Times
Second and third grade: Noon-1:30 p.m.
Fourth through sixth grade: 1:30-3 p.m.
Seventh and eighth grade: 3-4:30 p.m.
Our curriculum is built around a Play Fast drill book, box infusion, progression drills and the game of Trashcan Lacrosse: the dynamic 2v2 pickup game that focuses on playing fast and mastering the art of the 2v1. We introduce a wide range of basic to advanced concepts, add progressive layers of difficulty, then ask players to be creative in applying them during small sided games and King of the Can tournaments. Bottom line: we want the players to develop their game and have fun doing it! For more information, email Warren Danenza at email@example.com and check things out here.
