North Penn High School senior midfielder Matthew Brady has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Ursinus College.
Matthew Brady ledger:
High School: North Penn High School
Graduation Year: 2014
College Choice: Ursinus College
Club Affiliations: Rebel Elite, Phillie Elite
What will you major in/study? Business
Why did you choose Ursinus? “I chose Ursinus because of the amazing education that it has to offer and I really love the coaching staff and Coach (Jamie) Steele has so much passion and plans to make Ursinus a national power.”
Outlook for your High School team? “We are looking to be competitive in our league this year after losing some key seniors. Hopefully our underclassmen can step up and provide some offensive production. We are really coming together as a team in the off season and I think with a “team-mindset” we can make some great strides this season.”
Additional Comments: “I want to first thank my whole family for all their support through my lacrosse career this far, and I wouldn’t be where I am now without them.
“Also I owe a big thanks to Coach Buery and the Banks family at Phillie Elite. Also Coach Sankey and Ryan Sankey from Rebel Elite has helped develop me as a player more than you can imagine.
“One more thanks goes out to Coach Burnett from North Penn for helping develop me over the past 4 years.”
