Why did you choose Goucher? “After visiting Goucher I knew it was the school for me. I instantly felt a connection to the team and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to continue playing lacrosse there. I was impressed that students not only have fantastic professors but also with the variety of classes and extra curricular activities such as the study abroad programs that Goucher offers.

“Meeting Coach (Brian) Kelly and the members of the lacrosse team was another thing that made me want to go there. I knew I would be able to push myself to the fullest both on and off the field. In addition, I feel that I will be surrounded by fantastic student athletes that care and support one another.”

What is your team’s outlook for next season? “My team’s outlook for next season is first win the District title and move on from there. Our coaches and seniors are stressing the idea to take one game at a time, but our goal each year is to go as far as we can in the playoffs.”

Thank You: “I want to first thank, Coach Devlin, Flego, and Klientz for all the work they put into Twist lacrosse and helping me to become not only a better lacrosse player but also a better person. I especially want to thank Coach Serio who asked me to try out for Twist lacrosse and for making me feel at home at all times when I was away for most of the summer.

“I also would like to thank my Head Coach Jim Piggot and Assistant Coaches Coach Diaz, Saniford and Koch for making me the leader and player that I am today.

“Lastly I would like to thank my Mom for always being there for me and for all of the life lessons she taught me in order to be the best person that I can be.”
