Why did you choose Lafayette? “I chose to commit to Lafayette College for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is the coaching staff. Head Coach (Jim) Rogalski along with Coach (Matt) Musci and Coach (Ed) Williams, all are fantastic coaches, and genuinely great role models. The academics at Lafayette are top notch, especially the biomedical engineering and economics program. The campus is outstanding, and the stadium is really awesome. I am truly excited to attend Lafayette in 2016.”
Outlook for your High School team? “Coach (Mike) Velez is a phenomenal coach and he has assembled a really great team for this year. The prep school league is very competitive with so many players who are committed, many of whom are PGs and repeats. Coach Velez was coach of the year last year and our squad is led by great captains, so I am very optimistic.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my mom and dad. They have spent so much time with, and for, me and continue to do so and I really appreciate that. I would like to also thank my older brothers who have taught me so much and my sister, who is really great. I would like to especially thank Coach Rogalski for giving me this opportunity along with Coach Musci, and Coach Williams; Coach Garber for being such a great mentor and teaching me so much when I was at Loomis Chaffee last year; Coach Brameier for working with me for so many years; and Coach Velez, who has been such a great coach and fantastic role model at my current school (Choate). Lastly, I would like to give a shout-out to the Ct Charger Bolts…this is a stud team that keeps getting better and every single player is great and we intend to make our mark on the top tournaments this summer.”
