These six sessions of elite instruction will give you the edge you need for success in the 2014 campaign.
The sessions will be led by Bryan Churchey, Black Bear’s Director of Off-Season Player Development. Churchey, the Head Coach of Perkiomen Valley HS, is a graduate of Div. III Power Cabrini College and has over 15 years of coaching and playing experience, including extensive personal training experience.
These lacrosse-specific, high intensity, one hour sessions will focus on a variety of position-specific drills that provide superior instruction at a very affordable rate ($150). Players will also work on footwork and agility drills to develop a quicker step both on offense and defense. Sessions will be broken up into Offensive and Defensive components.
Black Bear Lacrosse prides itself in having some the best and most passionate teaching coaches in the area. This program will allow all players to have the opportunity to get superior small group training from exceptional coaches.
Joining Coach Churchey in the training aspects will be Coach Anthony Tornetta Perk Valley’s Offensive Coordinator and Coach Grady Wise, Co-Director Black Bear North and Head Coach at Phoenixville High School. Also Helping out will be Recent Monmouth University commit attackman Sean Tornetta of the Duke’s Lacrosse Club and Coach Chris Defeo, Perk Valley’s Defensive Coordinator and Head JV Coach.
