Men’s lacrosse roundup: Bryn Athyn wins program opener

The Bryn Athyn College men’s lacrosse team won its first varsity game against cross-town rival PSU-Abington 18-4 in Thursday afternoon action.

Dana Ayers (Bryn Athyn) led the Lions with four goals and two assists. Christian Blair and Daniel Triesler scored three goals apiece.

23 seconds into the game, Blair scored the first goal of the program. Triesler scored four minutes later to give Bryn Athyn a two goal lead. The Nittany Lions answered with two quick goals to tie the game at 2-2.

Bryn Athyn scored five goals in the first period to take a 6-2 lead.

Kiertan Ragan (Father Judge) had two goals for PSU Abington.

DeSales 10, Neumann 8

DeSales improved to 2-2, dropping Neumann to 1-5.
