Men’s lacrosse honors: Brown’s Blynn (Haverford School), Princeton’s Froccaro share Ivy League award

Men’s college honors for this week:


Brown’s Henry Blynn (Haverford School) helped the Bears to a pair of wins last week and extend their winning streak to three in a row. Blynn had a pair of goals in Brown’s 14-4 thrashing of Hartford on the road. He followed that up with a four-point day, logging a goal and three assists as Brown turned away Saint Joseph’s, 17-9.

Princeton’s Jake Froccaro (Sands Point, N.Y.) had a solid week for the Tigers with three goals and three assists. He had two goals and an assist in Princeton’s 14-11 win over Villanova with one of those goals sparking a 7-1 run that brought Princeton back from a three-goal deficit. Froccaro followed that up with a goal and two assists to go along with five ground balls in Princeton’s last-second loss at North Carolina.
