Why did you choose Syracuse? “After hearing all the great things from my sisters about the coaches and the team I decided to actually look into it. When I went up for a visit I completely fell in love with the school and the whole atmosphere of the team and I absolutely love the coaching staff.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “I didn’t know what to expect going into the season because we lost so many good seniors. I thought that it was a rebuilding process, but I was confident we could work together and get everyone involved.”

Other info: Her older sisters, Amy (junior) and Kelly (freshman), are regulars on Syracuse.

Additional Comments: “I really would like to thank one of my big sisters Kelly, because all throughout her high school career I would always just want to be out there with her and she challenged me to be the player I am today.

“Being her little sister I always wanted to beat her and would take after the things she did. She really helped me throughout the whole recruiting process and she was a huge factor in deciding, since it means I will get another year with her.

“I also would like to thank my Mom for knowing when to be a coach as in getting recruited, but also knowing when to be my mom. I definitely wanted her approval when choosing colleges and she really wanted to make sure I was happy with where I decided.

“Along with my sister and my mom, I would also like to thank my club coaches Mrs. Frazier, Ms. Yusko, and Mrs. Hager for all of their guidance and support throughout the whole process.”
