Brittany Edwards had seven goals and an assist and Avery Murphy added five goals and one assist as visiting Great Valley clinched at least a tie for its second straight Ches-Mont championship with a 14-13 victory over Kennett.
Great Valley (15-2 overall) improved to 10-0 in the league with one game remaining, Thursday at Unionville. Henderson (9-1) is in second place.
Toni Massetti had six goals and an assist to lead Kennett (12-4, 7-3) while Sophie duPhily added five goals.
