Why did you choose the school? “I chose Boston U for countless reasons. First of all, BU has an excellent academic reputation and the ability to offer me a world class education. Athletically, Boston U gives me an opportunity to play high level Division I lacrosse while competing against some of the premier programs in the nation. Coach (Ryan) Polley is very confident that BU can grow to be a perennial powerhouse in the Patriot League and eventually be a NCAA tournament contender.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “This season has the potential to be one of the best seasons in Southern Lehigh lacrosse history. We have a large and experienced senior class and talented underclassmen that work well together. If some of our younger players can step up and draw some pressure off our upperclassmen and spread out scoring threats, I think we’ll be a team to contend with.”

Other comments: “First and foremost, I’d like to thank my parents and grandparents for their continued support throughout the process. I’d also like to thank my high school coaches, Brian Boorse, Ben Snyder and Eric Stemple, as well as my teammates for always pushing me to do my best. Finally I’d like to thank my club coaches Dave Metzbower, John Nostrant, Todd MacFarlane, and Will Scudder (Old School), and Ebe Helm & Jason Christmas (Dukes) for helping me develop my skills over the past few years.”

Other schools considered? Lehigh, Villanova, Loyola, Sacred Heart, Penn State, St. John’s, Monmouth, The University of Hartford, Bryant, Salisbury
