Training will consist of Stick Skills, and small sided controlled settled/unsettled situations. This is only for field players due to the high repetition of the drills being used (there will be no goalies). These sessions are not for beginners; players must have a basic proficiency. Players can register even if they do not play for the Old School club. The sessions will focus on proper throwing/shooting mechanics in order to achieve maximum efficiency in drills and small sided situations. If you are serious about getting better you will not want to miss one of these sessions. There will be elements of box lacrosse combined with field lacrosse techniques in a unique curriculum that produces rapid results. The curriculum and instruction is delivered by Adam Mueller, a 19 year NLL veteran and the only coach in league history to bring three separate teams to the playoffs.
