Training

PHILLY GAMERS off-season Lacrosse Training, by Kelly Barnes and Michi Ellers.
The WINTER ACADEMY will be held Sunday Nights (7PM-8:30PM: 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15).
The PRESEASON ACADEMY will be held Sunday Mornings (10AM-11:30AM: 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16). Click here for registration.

Maplezone Winter Indoor League for boys and girls youth to high school, at Maplezone on the Conchester Highway in Boothwyn. The league features elite boys and girls programs from the area. The winter lacrosse league will begin the first week of December and run through the middle of February with playoffs and championship games for all levels. This league will fill up quickly so please do not miss out on the opportunity to play lacrosse through those winter months in a climate controlled environment. Clinics

Coach Duck’s Impact Lacrosse Skill and Goalie Training sessions for high school and middle school girls begin Monday at The Haverford School. Instructors include Coach Jen Duckenfield (Agnes Irwin coach), Phyllis Kilgour (Hall of Famer, former Radnor coach) for field instruction and Kim Jackson (Hall of Famer, Henderson coach) for Goalie instruction. The training program is known for its elite instruction. Receive top competition and develop new skills while improving all aspects of your game. The program begins Monday October 28th. Lacrosse Evolution’s 11th Annual Pumpkin Pie Festival, November 23 & 24 at The Westtown School in West Chester PA. This tournament is a Girls & Boys Festival that will include divisions for both youth community programs and travel lacrosse programs. The divisions include U9/U11/U13/U15 for the boys, and new this year will include a U7 division! The Girls divisions include grades 3/4; 5/6; ad 7/8. The cost of the tournament is $950 per team and includes 3 games all on the same day. The breakdown will be Boys U9 & U15 and Girls on Saturday November 23 and U11 & U13 on Sunday November 24. Please note the you must play in the division you will be playing in the Spring and Summer of 2014. All teams and vendors welcomed. The Maplezone Sports Institute located on the Conchester Highway in Boothwyn, PA will once again be hosting a winter indoor lacrosse league for girls and boys from youth to high school aged players.
