ReQRuitme boys’ recruit: Wissahickon 2014 attackman Melvin commits to Lynchburg

Wissahickon senior attackamn Brooks Melvin has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Lynchburg College.

What will you major in/study? Sports Management

Why did you choose Lynchburg? “Lynchburg is a great fit for me academically and athletically. I really liked the atmosphere of the campus and the strength of the lacrosse program. I immediately felt comfortable with the coaching staff and Coach (Steve) Koudelka was very patient and helpful throughout the recruiting process. I look forward to playing for him.”

Outlook for your High School team? “I think we will be a strong team. We have a large senior class and are confident that we can win our League and make a run in the playoffs.”

Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my parents and my brother for all their support throughout the years.
