Assistants include Eric Hoffman (Pennridge, Philadelphia Wings) and Alex Haney (Germantown Academy, Princeton grad) among others. “The things I know for sure are that our teams will have extremely dedicated coaches, and our players will make huge strides,” said Holmes. “We created Fusion to deliver something different.”

Fusion is a travel team provider for 8th graders through High School, and a training and development provider for all ages. Fusion will be holding its first annual Winter Classic box tournament on Dec. 29th as well as running its box lacrosse league all winter long at Bucks-mont Indoor Sports Center (http://playfusionlax.com/leagues/).

Fusion Travel Notes and Specifics

· Each team practices for 26 hours throughout the year

· Fusion will play in 10 tournaments (4 scheduled already for Fall and Winter).Fusion is planning a trip to California next summer. See schedule.

· Fusion uses box lacrosse training as a major tool. Fusion believes practicing with box lacrosse is a tremendous and underutilized way to accelerate skills and IQ outdoors, for all positions.

· Fusion uses “training camps.” Fusion schedules a number of comprehensive training camps lasting 3 hours each. This is both logistically more efficient for parents, but also a way to guarantee hard work, improvement, and team bonding.

· Fusion provides college counseling and an environment of “player-coach” mentors. Read our Philosophy here. Register Here for tryouts http://registration.playfusionlax.com.prod.sportngin.com/
