What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose the school? “After touring the campus with my brother, Eric, and the coaching staff I feel that Washington College is the perfect fit for me. The campus was just far enough from home, but close enough at the same time. The small class sizes and rich history of the lacrosse program were the most attractive parts of the school for me. Coach (Jeff) Shirk has turned Washington College back into a winning program and the opportunity to compete for a national championship is a challenge that I am looking forward to be a part of.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “Our goal this season is to bring the PAC-10 Championship back to Owen J. Roberts, where it belongs. We also look to move further in the district playoffs than ever before.”

Other comments: “First off, I would like to thank my brother, Eric, for always having my back and working with me to improve my game; also, Coach Jim Schorn and Ben Carville for taking me under their wing as an 8th grader and believing in me. They have been great mentors on the field, but more importantly off it. To Coach Kevin Finneran, who has coached me since a child, and inspired me to be the best lacrosse player I could be. Also, to Coach Paul Myers for putting up with my jokes off the field To my OJR coaches, Coaches Neese, Carville, Hafer, Volpe, Shields, thank you for believing in me since I was a freshman, and expecting the best out of me. Lastly, and most importantly, THANK YOU to my parents who have chauffeured, funded, and guided my lacrosse experience. Without you two none of this would be possible.”
