What will you major in/study: Undecided

Why did you choose school: “After meeting the team, Coach Timchal and Coach Fondale I knew this was where I belonged. Navy offers me both an incredible education as well as an amazing lacrosse team. I’m in love with the campus and everything this school has to offer me.”

Looking back at 2013 and outlook for your high school team in 2014: “This year was with out a doubt an amazing year filled with crazy accomplishments such as the League, District and State titles. We’re losing two key players but we have a very strong group and I expect as good of a season next year. Also, best of luck to Caleigh Foust and Alison Tepper in college; we’ll miss you guys.”

Other comments: “Saying I have a lot of people to thank would be an understatement. I’ll start with thanking the whole Quaker City coaching staff, you made it so enjoyable, especially Coach Shapiro for really helping me further my defensive skills. I’d also like to thank Coach King for teaching me everything she could since I was young, she’s helped me far more than she probably knows. A big thank you to Mr. Ferguson, our athletic director for being the best!! One of the most important people in this process was Coach Dick; he’s helped me more than my fair share and I would not be the same player without him. Coach D is the best coach anyone could ask for. Not to mention his amazing wife, Mrs. Coach D, who has been amazing to me and the rest of the team.

“As for my family, I want to thank all of my family members who have supported me over the years, especially my grandparents who have always been my biggest fans. I want to thank my parents for being so supportive and for everything they’ve done for me. I am so fortunate to have them. I want to thank my little sister, Maddie, for coming to all my games and being my ‘mascot’ for all these years. The biggest thank you I have goes to my twin, Jane. You’re the best teammate anyone could ask for and I’ll miss you a ton. Lehigh is lucky to have you!

“Thank you to RAMLAX, QC and everyone involved. My teammates have become my family and I could not have done this without them. Super excited about my new family, GO NAVY!”
