Tryouts being held July 1 for Bucks County Sr. boys’ Keystone State Games team

Tryouts for the Bucks County Sr Boys’ lacrosse team that will compete in the Keystone State games will be held at 6pm on Monday, July 1st, on the grass fields across from War Memorial Field at Central Bucks West.Keystone-ZState-Games

Matt Coverdale (CB West) and Mike Sharman (CB South) are the coaches. The Games will be played July 27-28 at Penn State University.

Last year’s 2012 squad was highly competitive, representing eight schools and finishing fourth of the 16 teams in the tournament. Bucks lost to eventual champion Delco team by one goal in the Final Four game. Bucks County previously earned a bronze medal in 2011 and 2010.

Each player will need the attached waiver and a $25.00 check made out to the EPLCA.

All players that attend the tryout should bring a waiver (attached), a $25.00 check made to the “EPLCA” and a numbered reversible pinnie.
