Why did you choose the school? “OSU is a rising program, especially now with the Big 10 forming a lacrosse league. The Ohio State coaches have set themselves up to break out and I would love to contribute to that. I am so excited to have the opportunity to compete against powerhouse schools like Maryland and Northwestern. Also, the Ohio State Athletic Department and Academic Support for student-athletes is top notch.”
HS team’s outlook for next season? “We will have a strong base of returning starters and with the talent that made our JV so strong, we should be able to fill in the gaps to have a great season.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my Phantastix coaches, Sue Frazier, JoAnn Yusko, Dee Cross, and Maureen Hager; and my high school coach, Courtney McGinty, for all of their support; also, my cousin, Kate Sistare (VaTech 2013 grad), who spent hours teaching me college level defense on the beach every summer!”
