Boys’ lacrosse: Harriton’s win over Shipley Saturday was a ‘Family Affair’

It was a true “Family Affair” Saturday when Shipley School hosted neighborhood rival Harriton in a non-league boys’ lacrosse game.

The visiting Rams (4-13) claimed a 10-6 victory as Stephen Saul collected three goals and an assist and Brian Meyer added two goals and two assists.

The highlight of the game was a late goal by Harriton senior Tyler Walsh, who scored on his brother, Shipley freshman Ian Walsh – a standout with 16 saves.

For the Gators (6-8), James Lee and Cory Rayfield each scored twice.
