Tryouts to be held May 19 at Harriton for PA team competing in national Israel Lacrosse Tournament

Team Pennsylvania will be holding a tryout on May 19 from 5-7 PM at Harriton High for the Israel Lacrosse Invitational Tournament to be held August 14-18 at the Oldfields School in Sparks Glencoe, MD.Israel Lacrosse invitational

The tournament will inspire young athletes to connect with their Jewish identity and the State of Israel through a shared passion for the sport of Lacrosse and will bring together teams from Colorado, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

The Tournament is open to Jewish high school students (including graduating seniors) who will have the opportunity to represent their State in a competitive four-day tournament.

The Philly team is being coached by former Strath Haven coach and current Great Valley assistant David Waldman.

The total expense for the Israel Lacrosse Invitational Tournament is $975/participant, which includes:

• Minimum of 11 games
• Instruction from Israel National Team Coaches and MLL players
• Four Nights housing (dormitory-style at Oldfields School)
• All meals for the duration of the event
• Team Uniforms
• Evening activities
• $300 tax –deductible contribution to the Israel lacrosse Association
• Israel Lacrosse National Team v. Ireland game
• Community Service Project in conjunction with the Baltimore Jewish Federation

$25 Tryout Fee (includes pinnie)
You Must be a member of U.S. Lacrosse to tryout and participate
