Phillylacrosse.com Rankings: No. 1 Moorestown to play at No. 6 Strath Haven Saturday in benefit

This Saturday No. 1 Moorestown plays at No. 6 Strath Haven in the “Play for As” benefit for the Alzheimer’s Association and Autism Speaks organizations. The game is followed by a boys’ game between undefeated Moorestown and Strath Haven.

1. Moorestown (12-0) Prev: No. 1 – The Quakers claimed a 15-8 victory Saturday at perennial New Jersey power Ridgewood. On Saturday they come to Delaware County to play No. 5 Strath Haven at 4 p.m. in the “Play for As” benefit for Alzheimer’s Association and Autism Speaks.

2. Harriton (12-1) Prev: No. 2 – The Rams swept a big week of Central League games and a meeting with Great Valley at Katie Samson. They host Haverford High on Tuesday.

3. Conestoga (11-2) Prev: No. 3 - The Pioneers host Ridley on Tuesday in the Central League.

4. Springfield-Delco (11-2) Prev: No. 4 – The Cougars host No. 6 Radnor on Tuesday in a key Central League game.

5. Radnor (9-3) Prev No. 7 – The Red Raiders play at Springfield-Delco Tuesday in a must-win situation for their Central League title hopes.

6. Strath Haven (11-2) Prev: No. 5 – The Panthers host Penncrest today and Saturday the host No. 1 Moorestown in the “Play for As” benefit.

7. Great Valley (12-1) Prev: No. 6 – The Patriots host Henderson Tuesday in a battle of Ches-Mont League unbeaten.

8. Shawnee (10-0) Prev: No. 8 - The Renegades play at Cherokee Tuesday.

9. Garnet Valley (9-4) Prev: No. 9 - The Jags host Conestoga Thursday

10. Archbishop Carroll (10-4) Prev: No. 11 – All four of the Patriots’ losses have been to nationally-ranked teams Last week’s win over No. 4 Springfield-Delco should serve as a confidence booster.

11. Cape Henlopen (9-0) Prev: No. 10 – The Vikings have scored 20 goals four straight games.

12. Episcopal Academy (8-3) Prev: No. 12 – EA hosts Springside CHA Friday in a key Inter-Ac League game.

13. Boyertown (13-2) Prev: No. 13 – The Bears host North Penn today.

14. Hatboro-Horsham (10-1), Prev; NR – The Hatters play today at Abington.

15. Germantown Academy (8-6) Prev: No. 14 – The Pats host Baldwin Tuesday in the Inter-Ac.
