Friday’s boys’ roundup: CB South edges Souderton; CBW rolls

Ty McGee, Tom DiBrino and Brendan McGrath each had two goals and Anthony Poane had a goal and seven groundballs and excelled at the face-off X as visiting Central Bucks South earned an 8-7 victory today over Souderton in a Suburban One Continental Conference boys’ lacrosse game.

The Titans are 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the league while the Indians are 4-4 and 2-3.

Jake Henze added a goal and two assists and Ryan Kelly made 10 stops for CB South.

Souderton got 16 saves from goalie Remi Reeves and Tyler Macdougall led the attack with three goals and three assists while Cameron Trick had two goals and an assist.

Central Bucks West 16, North Penn 4

Jimmy Seykot had five goals and an assist, Riley Kratzke had three goals and an assist and Ryan Green added two goals and two assists to lead the Bucks to the Suburban One Continental win.

Northeast HS 15, Audenried 1

John Liebig and Eric O’Brien each had three goals and four assists to lead Northeast to the Public League win.

George Washington 14, South Philadelphia 0

GW coasted as Colin Herbert collected two goals and seven assists and Jason Link and Connor McMonagle each had three goals and an assist.

Hill Academy (ON) 20, The Hill School 3

Pat Carmody had two goals and James Gould made 17 saves for the Blues in the loss to the Ontario power.
