Why did you choose Air Force? “The Academy just seemed like the right place for me. Hearing about Air Force came with its uncertainty and doubts, but also with an open mind. Upon visiting and meeting the coaching staff and players, I fell in love. The lacrosse there is at a highly competitive level with a relatively young team, in addition to the outstanding and unparalleled education. It seemed like a place where I would thrive as a student, player, and person and will surely give me the best and most opportunities after graduation. Although it will be a challenge, attending the Academy is an opportunity I cannot pass up.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “Garnet Valley will definitely be missing the past seniors but many players now are filling their shoes. With a great bunch of talent, leadership, and camaraderie, I think my team will be highly competitive and can go very far in Districts and States if our minds are right.”

Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my high school coaches: Frank Urso, Jim Snow, and Joe Kivlen for everything they have done and molding me into the player I am today, as well continuing to work with me for the rest of my high school career.

“Additionally, I want to thank my Duke’s coaches Ebe Helm, Jason Christmas, and Matt Mackrides for their help, and my HEADstrong coaches Brian Neary and Michael Colleluori.

“Also, I want to thank my brother Christian.

“Finally, and most importantly, I want to thank my parents, especially my father. For they have tirelessly supported every game, scrimmage, and practice with love and care as well as pushing me into the person I am today, on and off the field.”

Other schools considered: Fairfield, Brown, Villanova, Bryant, Williams College, St. Joseph’s, UPenn, Ohio State
