In anticipation of the Philadelphia Wings’ “Lacrosse In Education” game, Wings players Kevin Crowley (Shipley assistant coach) and Brett Manney (Holy Ghost Prep, Delaware, NXT coach) visited Melmark Tuesday to teach students, whose ages range from seven to 40, about the sport of lacrosse.

The players demonstrated the fundamentals of the sport while giving participating students an opportunity to showcase their skills.

The Wings will play their first ever “Lacrosse in Education” game at home against the Rochester Knighthawks on Friday 8 at 11 a.m. in a rare day game during the week. Tickets for Friday’s game and all Wings home games at Wells Fargo are available at www.WingsLAX.com.
