Doctoberfest youth clinics by Baggataway Lacrosse Club, for four Sundays at Victory Field at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. The next sessions will be held on Nov. 25 and Dec. 2. The cost is $80. There will be two Groups: Grades K-4 & 5-8, both running from 10 a.m.-noon. The fun and learning continues at DOCTOBERFEST! Players have an amazing opportunity to learn from DII players and coaches who are dedicated to improving the core skills and techniques required for success. Passing/catching, groundballs, stick checks, body defense, shooting and agility are incorporated in every session.

Elite Training Middle School/High School Specific Strength, Conditioning and S.A.Q. Training Camp for boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players at its Bryn Mawr site at 4 N. warner Ave. from Dec. 10-Jan. 27. The Camps will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, speed/agility and injury prevention. The camps meet every Thursday from 4-5pm (Middle School Athlete) 5-6pm (High School Athlete) and Saturday from 2-3pm (Both). Cost: $205 Per Athlete

5th annual Meltdown Tournament, June 22-23, 2013, at Abington high, U11 through High School A Divisions. Meltdown’s close proximity to Philadelphia, 12 centrally located fields and multiple access parking lots make it the perfect tournament venue. The Philly LXF, July 13-14, at two sites in Philadelphia, U9-U15 teams from Philadelphia city and suburban and the surrounding region. The 6th Annual Patriot Games will be held July 20-21 on 23 fields at three venues in Bucks County. Nearly 200 teams from across the country and Canada (representing many emerging hotbeds) played in the event this past July. We anticipate an even more competitive and diverse field again this year!
