Winter Lacrosse Conditioning, at Malvern Preparatory School, boys 9th grade an up, 11-week program runs Saturdays 1-2pm from December 1st- February 9th. This high intensity style of training will improve player endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. Training sessions will consist of: Drop Sets, Super sets, Circuit Training, Jump rope, Hill workouts, Sprint workouts, Medicine Ball workouts, Plyometrics, Stretching.
After every training session each athlete will receive a weekly training program to follow for the upcoming week. Staff: Todd MacFarlane, Malvern Preparatory School, Assistant Lacrosse Coach, Former NLL Player, Former United States Marine Training Specialist, Has trained numerous Professional, International, College and High School Players
Please bring: running shoes, towel, cleats, sweatshirt, sweatpants shorts and t-shirt. The eleven week program will cost $275.00; Please make checks payable to: Malvern Preparatory School. Registration is open to the first 20 athletes only.

Elite Training Middle School/High School Specific Strength, Conditioning and S.A.Q. Training Camp for boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players at its Bryn Mawr site at 4 N. warner Ave. from Dec. 10-Jan. 27. The Camps will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, speed/agility and injury prevention. The camps meet every Thursday from 4-5pm (Middle School Athlete) 5-6pm (High School Athlete) and Saturday from 2-3pm (Both). Cost: $205 Per Athlete

The fourth annual Battle of Fort Washington Lacrosse Tournament, hosted by The Upper Dublin Boys Crooked Crosse Lacrosse Club, Saturday, March 9 & Sunday March 10, 2013 at the SPARK all weather fields in Upper Dublin, PA. The tournament will consist of four boys divisions, A1 & A2 (7/8th grade) and B1 & B2 5/6th grade teams. Each team is guaranteed a Minimum 2 game, 25 Minute Running Halves. The A Divisions will be played Saturday, March 9th with B Division playing on Sunday, March 10. The 6th Annual Patriot Games will be held July 20-21 on 23 fields at three venues in Bucks County. Nearly 200 teams from across the country and Canada (representing many emerging hotbeds) played in the event this past July. We anticipate an even more competitive and diverse field again this year!
