Garnet Valley head coach

Garnet Valley High School is accepting applications for a head girls lacrosse coach for the 2012-2013 school. Candidates should have prior playing/coaching experience at the high school and college level; be a strong teacher of the game; an effective communicator; and capable of fostering an environment that promotes camaraderie, sportsmanship and a strong work ethic.

Eastern Regional (N.J.) High School – Head Girls Lacrosse Coach

Eastern Regional High School is accepting applications for head girls lacrosse coach for the 2012-13 school year. We compete in the Olympic Conference and in South Jersey Group 4.

Head Coach Candidates should have college playing and/or high school coaching experience; be a strong teacher of the game; an effective communicator; and capable of and fostering an environment that promotes camaraderie, sportsmanship and a strong work ethic.

Candidates need to possess a valid NJ Teaching Certificate.

Wissahickon High School Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach

Wissahickon HS is searching for a Girls’ Head Lacrosse Coach for the 2012-13 school year. Coaches only position; no teaching position linked to the coaching job. Ideally, the candidate played both HS and college lacrosse and has previous coaching experience at the HS level. Candidates must have an excellent working knowledge of coaching all aspects of lacrosse including all PIAA rules; Should be familiar with working with high school athletes in a school setting and be able to work with other sports in a shared setting; Must be good motivators while keeping it “fun” with appropriate emphasis on academics, teamwork and sportsmanship ; Must be eligible to receive all three clearances in PA: State Police, Child Abuse and FBI. Freedom Lacrosse is seeking an assistant coach to help continue the growth of our lacrosse program. Competing in the highly competitive Lehigh Valley Conference within PIAA District XI, Freedom hopes to add a JV team in 2013.

The ideal candidate should have college playing and/or coaching experience; be a strong teacher of the game; an effective communicator; and capable of and fostering an environment that promotes camaraderie, sportsmanship and a strong work ethic . Freedom Lacrosse provides a strong support system including an experienced Head Coach, an active Board and dedicated Booster Club, AD, parent volunteers and feeder program that allow our coaching staff to focus on athletics.

Widener assistant coach

Widener University seeks applicants for the position of part-time Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. Duties include assisting the head coach in the administration of all aspects of developing the women’s lacrosse program in accordance with NCAA and University guidelines. Responsible for aiding with: practice and game planning and coaching, recruiting, fund raising, scouting, and student-athlete mentoring. Qualifications: Energetic and highly motivated, collegiate level playing experience, passionate about developing a high-level Division III lacrosse program, and a bachelor’s degree required. Familiarity with the greater Philadelphia area preferred. Widener University is a member of the NCAA Division III and the Middle Atlantic Conference.
