Outlook for 2012: “Despite graduating 7 seniors, Eastern should field a very competitive team in 2012. The team will be young, but fast and athletic. The defense is inexperienced, but Goaltender Britt Read should be able to hold the fort as the young defense matures.

“The offense is led by returning MVP Kaitlyn Ogg, Serena Hitchins, Mariel Haubrich, and Danielle La Rocca. New players to watch include sophomores Sierra Slack, Lindsay Fleischer, Karlee Spirit, and freshman Austyn Cuneo.”
