Registration still open for Greg Cattrano’s Co-Ed Goalie Clinic on Aug. 3 at Shipley School

Registration remains open for Greg Cattrano’s Co-Ed Lacrosse Goalie Clinic at The Shipley School (Pa.) Lower Turf Field on Friday, Aug. 3 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The clinic is open to boys and girls of all ages. This is Cattrano’s 12th year in Philly. He will provide a free unstrung Warrior head for all campers ($80 value).

Cattrano was a member of the Major League Lacrosse champion Philadelphia Barrage in 2004 and also was a standout for many years with the Long Island Lizards and Baltimore Bayhawks. Cattrano, a three-time MLL Goalie of the Year, also was a member of the US World Cup team in 1999 and was the NCAA Goalie of the Year in 1997 at Yale University.

Cattrano’s clinics focus on the mental aspect of goaltending as well as skill building in the areas of positioning, saving 1-on-1 shots and communication on the field.

Cattrano also preaches building confidence through proper positioning, making the 1-on-1 save and working with your defense to build a cohesive unit.

Shipley is located on Wyndon Avenue in Bryn Mawr, PA.
