From Press Release
The University of Scranton officially held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday to name its men’s lacrosse locker room in honor of the late William MacArthur, a former Delaware great and the first head coach in the history of the Royals’ men’s lacrosse program.
On hand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and to accept a replica of the plaque were Mr. MacArthur’s daughter, Ann MacGregor, her husband, Malcolm MacGregor, along with several men’s lacrosse alumni who played for Mr. MacArthur.
Mr. MacArthur coached the Royals in 1987 and 1988.
