Three-time defending PSAC Champion Lock Haven (9 first-place votes) is the favorite to repeat in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Preseason Coaches’ Poll released Friday afternoon.
West Chester picked up the final three first-place votes and finished second in the voting. The Golden Rams have advanced to the last two NCAA Division II Final Fours, defeating Lock Haven in the national tournament two straight times after losing to the Bald Eagles in the conference finals each time.
Mercyhurst, Gannon and Indiana (Pa.) completed the top five. East Stroudsburg, Bloomsburg, Slippery Rock, Shippensburg and Millersville rounded out the top 10, with Edinboro and Kutztown at 11th and 12th.
