The Philadelphia Lacrosse Association is proud to announce that the 2012 Under 19 Mens National Lacrosse Team will play an exhibition game against an all-star team from Eastern Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 23rd at Radnor High School at 8 p.m.
“We’re very happy that the Under 19 Mens National Team chose to come to the Philadelphia area to play an exhibition game and we’re excited to host it at a first class facility like Radnor high school” said Tim Udinski, Vice President of the Philadelphia Lacrosse Association. “We’re putting together the best team possible and plan to give them a great game.”
The coaching staff of the Eastern Pennsylvania all star team will include Brian Samson (Conestoga High school), Dave Martin (Germantown Academy), Jef Hewlings (former Emmaus coach), and Eric Gregg (St. Joseph’s Prep).
“Our coaching staff has assembled an all star team of the best players from all over Eastern Pennsylvania, so it should be a great event and a tough challenge for the National Team as they prepare for the World Championships” said Udinski.

The game is a fundraiser for the national team and will be part of their preparation for the 2012 Under 19 World Championships, which will be held from July 12-21, 2012 in Turku, Finland. The United States is the six-time defending world champion, winning in 2008, 2003, 1999, 1996, 1992 and 1988.
