Moorestown junior midfielder Marie McCool has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of North Carolina.

Why did I choose UNC: “North Carolina has always been my dream school. When I visited I fell in love with the campus, the coaches, and the team right away. It is also an excellent academic institution.”
HS team outlook for 2013: “I believe that this upcoming season we will have a great team. Our goal this year is to make it back to the state championship game and win for the second year in a row.
People to thank: “I’d like to thank my parents, my high school coaches (Mr. and Mrs. Knobloch), club coaches, and my teammates for all of their support and helping me get through the recruiting process.”
