From Press Release
Lehigh men’s lacrosse’s game vs. Colgate will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network, as the Patriot League’s television package was announced on Monday.
The game is set for Saturday, Apr. 6 at 11 a.m. It will be a rematch of last season’s Patriot League Championship Game, which the Mountain Hawks won 16-14.
The Mountain Hawks were ranked #8 nationally by Inside Lacrosse/Face-Off Yearbook while Colgate came in 11th. The Raiders were ranked 12th by the coaches and Lehigh 13th. Both squads advanced to the NCAA Tournament a season ago. The two will square off in Goodman Stadium, Lehigh’s first game in the stadium since hosting North Carolina in 2010 (also a CBS Sports Network game).
In total, five Patriot League regular season games along with the entire league tournament will air on CBS Sports Network. Lehigh had three games air on the network a season ago – at Navy in the regular season along with the Patriot League Semifinals and Championship Game.
