Goldberg hosts ‘Lax High’ national radio show Thursday with guests from top girls’ team in nation, McDonogh School (Md.)

Head coach Chris Robinson and two of his captains and star players, Taylor Cummings and Corinne Etchison, who led McDonogh School’s girls’ lacrosse team to their third straight undefeated season and probable national championship, will be the guests Thursday night on the Lacrosse radio Network’s national radio show, “Lax High.”

McDonogh capped a brilliant 18-0 season Sunday by defeating Maryvale Prep, 12-11, in the finals of the IAAM tournament at Stevenson University. Cummings won it with 9.8 seconds to play and Etchison had six goals in the game.

McDonogh has won 69 straight games and four consecutive IAAM championships. The Eagles have been ranked No. 1 in every national poll all year.

“Lax High” is featured every other Thursday, and rotates with the popular Booker Corrigan (Radnor High grad) lacrosse show, “By The Book.”
