Penn Charter rallied from a 6-3 halftime deficit and dealt Wilton (CT) an 8-7 defeat today at the Checking for Cancer Lacrosse Invitational at Haverford School.
Drew Murray (two goals) had the game-winner in the fourth period after Tyler Earley tied it, 7-7, for the Quakers (6-7).
Wilton, one of the top-rated teams in Connecticut, fell to 3-2.
Eric Berger and Shane Carr each had two goals for PC while Jackson Tamasitis made eight saves.
