Registration open for Winter Lacrosse Conditioning at Malvern Prep

Registration is open for Winter Lacrosse Conditioning at Malvern Preparatory School.

This high intensity style of training will improve player endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.

This is 11-week program that runs Saturday’s 1-2pm from December 1st- February 9th. Winter Lacrosse conditioning is open to boys in 9th grade up.

Training sessions will consist of:

• Drop Sets
• Super sets
• Circuit Training
• Jump rope
• Hill workouts
• Sprint workouts
• Medicine Ball workouts
• Plyometrics
• Stretching

After every training session each athlete will receive a weekly training program to follow for the upcoming week.

• Former United States Marine Training Specialist
• Has trained numerous Professional, International, College and High School Players

Sessions, Cost

Please bring: running shoes, towel, cleats, sweatshirt, sweatpants shorts and t-shirt
The eleven week program will cost $275.00

Registration is open to the first 20 athletes only.
