Elite Training is holding a Middle School/High School Specific Strength, Conditioning and S.A.Q. Training Camp for boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players at its Bryn Mawr site from Dec. 10-Jan. 27.
The Camps will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, speed/agility and injury prevention.
The camps also will help to develop the most important weapon for a lacrosse player: Mental toughness. They will stress a progressive training system that will get you to the next level.
The camps meet every Thursday from 4-5pm (Middle School Athlete) 5-6pm (High School Athlete) and Saturday from 2-3pm (Both).

Day/Times: Middle School: Thursdays (Strength) 4-5pm and Saturday 2-3pm (S.A.Q.)
High School: Thursdays (Strength) 5-6pm and Saturday 2-3pm (S.A.Q.)
